What is a 3PL, exactly?
A third-party logistics provider handles the physical work behind your orders: receiving your products, storing inventory, picking and packing orders, and arranging shipping. Klear Co. is your partner for that work, so you have more time for your brand.
Do you specialize in Turkish brands?
Yes. Turkish brands are a particular focus, with experience that includes OTACI and Homemade Aromaterapi. We help connect your brand’s plans with the practical work of a U.S. operation: registration support, storage, order fulfillment, and returns. Brands from other markets are welcome, too.
Can you help with FDA and facility registration?
We offer support with cosmetic facility registration, cosmetic product listings, and associated renewals and updates under MoCRA. We start with your product categories and facility activities to determine which requirements and exemptions apply. Registration and listing do not constitute FDA approval. See FDA’s MoCRA overview.
Where are you based, and where do you ship?
We’re based in Boca Raton, Florida. Our fulfillment service is focused on shipments within the United States. If your brand is based overseas and needs a U.S. fulfillment partner, tell us about your plans.
What kinds of products can you handle?
We focus on non-food consumer products, including beauty, personal care, home, and lifestyle goods. Share your product list, dimensions, and any special handling needs so we can confirm the right fit before you send inventory.
How does pricing work?
We work out a rate card around your products and service needs. That conversation covers receiving, storage, picking and packing, packaging materials, shipping, and any returns or additional handling. Tell us about your typical order and inventory volume to get started.
Do I need to connect my online store?
You can get started by sharing orders with us directly. We’ll agree on how you send orders and how we return shipping and tracking information. If a store connection is essential to your workflow, let’s discuss it before onboarding.
Can you help with wholesale orders and returns?
Let’s include them in your service plan. For wholesale, we’ll discuss case and pallet quantities and shipping requirements. For returns, we’ll agree on how products should be received, checked, and restocked or otherwise handled.
